One of the main objectives of STEM for Girls uc3m is to create role models for high school students to draw inspiration from when making decisions, without gender bias. The program makes it possible for girls and young people to learn about the excellent work currently being carried out by the University's researchers and makes visible the decisive contribution to science of women scientists throughout history.
